Earnest W. Fant, Ph.D., P.E.

Associate Professor

Dr. Fant is the Associate Director of the Center for Engineering Logistics and Distribution. His research interests include applications for machine-visioned robotics in automated production/processing and material handling systems and the application of operations research to in-plant logistics systems and warehousing. He teaches courses in robotics, machine vision and material handling/warehousing systems. Dr. Fant joined the faculty in 1988.
